Shipping and postage: We guarantee to ship orders within 3 working days of recieving an order. In most cases we will ship an item that same day.
We operate a single "flat rate shipping and handling fee” for items delivered within Australia or internationally. For Australian deliveries there is only one shipping fee charged per order, no matter how many items or how large the order is.
There is a higher shipping fee for international deliveries compared to Australian deliveries. The shipping and handling fee is displayed prominenetly on our home page.
For International deliveries, however the Flat Rate shipping fee is only applicable for products weighing 250 grams (half a pound) or less. Above this weight airmail becomes very costly and we would contact the client prior to shiping with the additional fee required. Should the cleint not wish to proceed with the delivery a full refund of payment already made will be paid to the clients' Paypal or bank account.
Pet products and supplies are delivered using Australia Post, Standard Service.International deliveries are made using standard Airmail. Should you require the delivery to be registered, additional fees will apply. Registration of goods does allow for proof of delivery or compensation of up to $100.00.
Total shipping and handling fees are itemised and listed during the purchase process.
Lost or stolen Products in transit:- Pedigree pet supplies is responsible for the product up to the point of it being shipped. The client takes full responsibility and liability for financial loss should, the product become lost or stolen during transportation. Pedigree Pet supplies recommends clients to select "Recorded Delivery" ( extra cost of $3.05) when deciding on a shipping option. Registration of goods does allow for proof of delivery or compensation of up to $100.00. To ensure greater security Pedigree Pet Supplies marks all Products with a "No SAFE DROP" sticker so that the delivery will not be left in a post box should the client not be in to receive it. The item will then be returned to the Post Office for collection.
Returns and Refunds: Out of stock. In the event that a product is not available due to being out of stock or on back order, we will contact the client with an alternative solution. If this is not suitable we will refund the full amount of the purchase price of the product not available. In the event that no further product remains to be delivered the shipping fee will also be refunded.
In the event that a client changes their mind and no longer requires the product. We are happy to refund the full purchase price of the product, if we are contacted and the purchase cancelled prior to the product being shipped. In the event that no further product remains to be delivered the shipping fee will also be refunded.
Refunds or replacements will be made in event of malfunctioning goods. The damaged item must be returned to Pedigree Pet Supplies for assessment along with the original purchase receipt.
Replacement product will be sent to the client in the event of purchasing the wrong sized product. the replacement will e sent to the client once the original product is received by Pedigree Pet Supplies in a re-sellable condition and in its' original packaging.
Additional shipping costs to return products to Pedigree Pet Supplies will be the responsibility of the Purchaser.
Refunds will not be made for damaged to packaging during shipping where the internal product is still viable and usable
Liability:It is the Purchaser's responsibility to ensure that all products bought from Pedigree Pet Supplies are used and administered in the appropriate manner and to the guidelines written on the product manufacture's instructions or package inserts. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the products are used or administered to the correct species, weight and age of animal, in line with the manufacturer's recommendations. No liability for incorrect use of a product will be accepted by Pedigree Pet Supplies. Pedigree Pet Supplies does not accept liability should the Purchaser choose to use a alternative product to that recommended by their own veterinarian.
